Five Colors.  High Gloss Pitch Black.  Beautiful.

Farrow and Ball Brinjal, Pendleton, and yellow tree...

I recently redid this room. I focused on three colors. Purple, green and yellow. The effect is calming believe it or not. And I built bookcases for the dip in the wall. Mahogany stain and pine wood. Cheap, but effective.

Windsor Terrace Refurb/Paint

I recently refurbished a living room and office for my clients Dave and Samantha in Windsor Terrace, Brooklyn. It was pretty unsightly at the onset, but when it was finished, all the plaster work, caulking, wood filling and sanding allowed the royal blue and floor laminate to transform this space into a beautiful living, work and play area.

Color Treatment

I recently restored a quaint hair salon at 154 West 10th Street. The walls were an outdated pink wash.

The client Donna liked my idea of bringing the walls up to a warm eggshell Dove White and a cool semi gloss Decorator's White for the wood and bricks. She wanted the floor painted as well so we used a new water-based floor paint by Benjamin Moore. Its cure-time is short so it was ideal for getting her doors back open asap.
